Preparing for your initial consult:

Your thirty minute initial consultation is conducted at a discount of my normal hourly rate.  It is important that you bring as much information as you have available to you.  This will help me to be able to provide you with the best advice possible as to how we should proceed with your case.  In addition, I recommend that you take some time to jot down a list of questions you have about your legal matter.  This will help us both to understand not only your position on matters, but also to understand how to move forward with your case.  Please call with any other questions.

About the Practice:

My goal is to zealously and vigorously represent you while always maintaining the respect you deserve and providing you with sufficient information to make intelligent and informed decisions about your case.   It is my desire to make potentially difficult times as easy as possible.
